Please follow the age guidance shown on the product page and on the packaging, and keep small items away from very young children. To keep a squish happy, store it away from direct sunlight, heat, oils and sharp objects.

Every order is packed by hand in London and quality-checked, which usually takes 1-2 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery takes 5-8 business days and express delivery 3-5 business days. The options and prices for your country are shown at checkout. All times are carrier estimates counted from dispatch, not from the moment you order.

Yes. Free standard delivery is unlocked once your order reaches the qualifying value for your country, which is shown in the banner at the top of the site and in your cart at checkout. It is calculated on the merchandise total after discounts. We ship to Turkiye, the United Kingdom, the United States, most of the EU and many more countries - the full list is the country selector at the bottom of the page.

Choose the shapes you love and the bundle price is applied automatically - the more squishes you add, the more you save. Bundles are sold as a set, so if you send back only part of one, the bundle discount is recalculated and we refund the difference against the standard price of the items you keep.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you would like to return something, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be unused, clean, complete and in their original packaging. you can go to contact page with your order number and we will approve the return and send you the address. We do not swap items directly, so the quickest way to get a different shape is to return the first one and place a new order. Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 10 business days.

You will get a confirmation email as soon as you order, then a second email with your tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating, which is completely normal. You can also follow your parcel from the Track Order link in our footer or from your account. Any import duties or local taxes not collected at checkout are payable by you on delivery.

Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives and email hello@mochuu.com within 48 hours with photos of the item and of the outer packaging. Split, torn or leaking shapes, a missing item from a bundle and wrong shapes or quantities are always put right. Small differences in colour, scent, firmness and finish between batches are normal, because every Mochuu is finished by hand.
